Jeff Olm (born 16May 1963) in Appleton, Wisconsin, United States, is a visual effects compositor and colorist. == Biography == In 1986, Jeff Olm moved to Hollywood and was hired at The Post Group Hollywood as a visual effects assistant editor. He worked on projects for Propaganda Films for INXS, Michael Jackson, MC Hammer, ZZ Top and the TV shows ''Max Headroom'' and ''Star Trek: The Next Generation''. Olm has since held key roles as a Inferno artist, senior visual effects compositor and colorist on film projects including ''Titanic'', ''The Fifth Element'', ''Spider-Man'', ''Cast Away'', ''Armageddon'', ''Seabiscuit'', ''Reign of Fire'', ''Zodiac'', ''Ghost Ship'', ''What Lies Beneath'', ''Live Free or Die Hard'', ''Black Hawk Down'' and ''Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone''. Olm was also a senior editor in Nashville, Tennessee working on the syndicated concert series ''The Road''. And also worked on ABC's In Concert series for Prince titled ''The Ryde Divine''. He edited music videos for Garth Brooks, Allen Jackson, Reba McEntire, Martina McBride, Vince Gill, Sawyer Brown, Blackhawk, Shania Twain, and Travis Tritt. Olm has recently contributed to the look development, designed stereo visual FX, post-production workflows, for all distribution formats for the stereoscopic films. He completed ''Journey to the Center of the Earth'' one of the first new modern live action digital CGI stereoscopic features. He then joined DreamWorks Animation and was the colorist for their 3D feature films ''Monsters vs. Aliens'', How to Train Your Dragon'', ''Shrek Forever After'', ''Megamind'', ''Kung Fu Panda 2'', ''Puss in Boots'', ''Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted'', ''Rise of the Guardians'', ''The Croods'', and ''Turbo''. , his latest project was Marvel Studios' ''Guardians of the Galaxy'', with the Technicolor colorist team.
